Yesterday while fighting I started watching my cooldown timers for my skills and I noticed that they seemed to trigger 2 cooldowns. For instance I would click on Gods 4 and as soon as I clicked the skill a cooldown of 10 sec would cycle through and then the normal cooldown of 20 sec would cycle through.

I am a lev 77 female conq, brute spec so I have not tested any of the dual wield skills. Here is a list of what I was seeing.

Gods 4 - should be a 20 sec cooldown but was actually 30sec.

Hail of furious strikes 5 - should be a 10 sec cooldown but was actually 15 sec.

Improved Feint attack 3 - should be 15 sec cooldown but was actually 23 sec.

Enraging Strike 3 - should be 10 sec cooldown but was actually 20 sec.

I am just curious if anyone else is having this same problem.
