Not meant to be a troll or flame and please disregard my sig, my dislike of this game atm doesn\’t reflect on why im asking this.
I actually wanted this game to succeed and maybe if some improvements happen in the next few months me and others will be back but that\’s not the point of the thread.
I heard of the survey that went out but from a couple of threads it seems canceled subscribers dont receive this survey.
Why would you not send it to us? i would think the people that canceled would be a great demographic for a survey as the exit one you get when you cancel is so small.
maybe if you got people who left to fill out your surveys it could help for the improvement of this games future by at least knowing why people were unhappy enough to hit cancel.
just a idea and not ment to start a flame war.
