OK I have looked here there and everywhere for info on this, but can\’t find it. I was wondering how Life tap works? Is life tap on weapons or spells the same?

also is the damage a percentage? 1 lightning damage (magic) so if you do 1000 (just for a number) magic damage to someone will it add 1 or 1% to it?1 or 10?

how often do we use it? i find that putting 500pts on it, and only use it once or twice is very wasteful

i could max out my taunt, run speed, endurance, hp or mana recovery

I have a new quad core pc, two of the fastest graphics cards in sli, and a VERY VERY fast internet connection, yet I still have trouble doing the simplest things. Such as walking through Tortage.

My frame rate will very from 105 to 1 in a matter of steps. Latency will jump from 85ms up to …. solid red bar and no movement, geeze.

I Fall through the world and ending up under a mountain, or floating in water when I should be in a city at least once a day. And every time...
