We had a huge screen set up in the office that tracked the number of people logging in across the servers. We sat there, all dressed up and watching the numbers rise will drinking champagne.

Itemization.

Take WoW for example. WoWs end game raid content was buggy as hell and it didn\’t have real pvp content for months after release. What did it have though?

ITEMIZATION. Tons of 5 man dungeons with diverse and unique loot that actually changed the way your character looked and greatly improved your characters power.

All the green drops in this game from 1 to 80 are the same with no real stats on them.

You know, I just realized I am just piddeling around on the forums. I thought to myself. Self, why aren\’t you playing the game. Self didn\’t really have an answer other than I am kinda having more fun doing this.

I think something is wrong with this picture. I think self needs a shot and a beer.

anyone remember that damn

Anyone remember that damn boat ride from the Wood Elf/dwarf Island to Freeport on Everquest 1? It took one real life hour (wish I was kidding) to run through the zones, Wait at the port for the ship to actually arrive, and then sit on the boat while it took the 15-20 minute trip across the ocean. Not to mention at release there was a bug where the ship could fly out of the ocean killing everyone, or just sink into the ocean leaving you there.

yeah this patch has

Yeah this patch has basically FUBAR\’d the whole damn game.

- Invisible Characters
- Assassins attacking slower than a Guardian with a Polearm
- Melee Combo bug heaven/hell
- Endless Stamina
- High level items made worse than lower-level items
- 2 Toons stacking on each other

…the list goes on and on.

I have to say, this trumps anything I\’ve ever seen. This is officially the worst implementation of a Patch I have ever ...

So after all the bitching on the forms i think we should look at the good…

what are your favorite things that funcom has put into the game… the little things in the environment that you just cannot get over.

my personal favorite is that drunk pirate in tortage that takes a piss off the docks every now and then.

i am going to quit

I am going to quit reading this forum. This forum just makes me sad all the time. Reading about bugs, broken game, broken quest, broken everything. Funcom needs to fix these things and we all know. But i think just the constant QQing on this forum makes other players depressed about the game.

I know funcom isnt doing a good job on updates and i wish they will in the future. Anyways, in the mean time im going to quit reading this forum because it just makes me not want to play aoc...

I have to say a few words. Please slow down and do not rush updates for the future. I am not sure how much more of the updates released like on the 17th this game can take.

I am sorry to say but I am looking forward to WAR. They have now dropped out a couple classes from lanuch to make sure they are polished before the allow people to play a class that will get nerfed. They are not holding back on their intentions and making them public before opening day.

This appears to be the case after today\’s emergency 1:00am EDT patch.

I have killed 60-70 in ego mnts and not one has dropped even 1 bag. The bosses are still dropping boxes, and the lions around them, but not one from them.

Not sure if it\’s all Vanir.

everytime the is a new

everytime the is a new update released, when i download it before logging in, it does something to my game. After the download it will not let me in game and i have to go through all the C drive files and start it that way is there anyway that could be avoided?
