I am a guild leader. (had to say it so ppl don\’t think I\’m whining)

Unless I am mistaken, is the guild leader the only person who can take items/money out of the Guild Bank? So far, the highest ranking members in my guild (below leader), cannot take items out of the bank.

Is there some way to allow them to do so? It is not very logical to have the guild leader be the only one who can really, technically

OK I have looked here there and everywhere for info on this, but can\’t find it. I was wondering how Life tap works? Is life tap on weapons or spells the same?

also is the damage a percentage? 1 lightning damage (magic) so if you do 1000 (just for a number) magic damage to someone will it add 1 or 1% to it?1 or 10?

Yes, you can merge this with the other survey threads after the point is made and read.

If you got a survey, did you notice that the last item that they wanted you to rank 1-5, at the bottom of the page, they did not define what 1 and 5 were?

The other times that they wanted you to rank 1-5 they defined the 1 and the 5. It was want it big time, or was good, or something else, but the scale was defined.

Please, for gods sake, send these things out to your friggin mothers or grandmothers first to proof. At least those little old ladies will find the errors.

So last night @ 11:00 pm MST/10:00 pm PST the servers went down for a 5 hour hotfix patch update. I can understand that the patch was urgently needed and hopefully the rather lengthy downtime was utilized to properly test everything out.

But why the hell would the downtime occur during core play hours for the majority of North American users?

Doesn\’t Funcom employ some sort of automated server shutdown schedule and patch uploader? Why not plan these type of patch shutdowns during the wee hours such as 4 or 5 am EST? Each player region (Europe, Oceania, etc.) could be scheduled according to their core hours. A few extra hours of waiting for a patch isn\’t going to hurt us. Hell, we\’ve been used to the buggy game since launch!

This whole AoC/Funcom fiasco is getting more ridiculous as the days go on. I\’m thinking FC are definitely flying by the seat of their pants now. Oh look! A mountain ahead!

Yo im trying to figure out some experienced players opinions on which class is the….

BEST for PVP
BEST for tanking
BEST DPS in a group at lvl 80
BEST (fastest) to lvl to 80
BEST (easiest) to heal for a group at lvl 80

This is just in your own opinion, and for readers and I to refrence for future playing

how often do we use it? i find that putting 500pts on it, and only use it once or twice is very wasteful

i could max out my taunt, run speed, endurance, hp or mana recovery

I would like to petition to remove the petition command. It doesn\’t really do anything. The only thing I have seen from using this command is a gm pops up and tells me to have a great day. So please rename this command to /greatday! or just remove it. Thank you =D

I have been working my way through the E. Mountian quests playing a conqueeror. This evening, I was finishing up the Kill the Chief and Daughter\’s Revenge quests in the cannibal caves. During these quest, I leveled from 53 to 54. When I came out of the cave, I was attacked by some of the cannibals on the mountian side. Prior to leveling, fighting these guys was a challenge if there was more than one or two, but now they just flat bust my ass and I can\’t do much, if any, damage to them. They of course killed me and I resurrected in the village below. I went back out and started back up the mountian and was attacked by the juvenile brown bear. Same thing, he does massive damage and I can\’t hurt him. Dead again. I logged off and back in twice. Same thing. Everything now is like fighting the Elite Ymir. Not being able to solo the group quests is one thing. But what the hell is going on here? I don\’t understand why the random encounter creatures are acting like they are all elites. The ones that I have encountered since this started were either my level or only 2-3 below. I don\’t see why this should be happening. Anybody else seen this?

Do you have any recollections from launch day, any memories that stand out?

We had a huge screen set up in the office that tracked the number of people logging in across the servers. We sat there, all dressed up and watching the numbers rise will drinking champagne.

I don? know why, but every other day ppl question the number of subscribers to the game, as if that mattered. But since that happens more often than it should, ppl should start reading the news. AoC has currently 700.000 active subscribers, which makes it, arguably, the 2nb biggest paid subscription game in the western world (puting aside the eastern ones, therefore). Moreover, it sill tops the charts in the most part os countries in Europe and also Oceania, and still tops the charts in USA. So, if that? not enough to prove the success of the game, I don? know what it is.
